Corey Petersen

Founder

Corey Petersen leads this team to elite levels in the Delivery Services Industry. Corey has over 15 years of experience in maintenance/repair and operations management led by top industry professionals and is known for his energy and passion in developing professionals into impactful leaders.

Since acquiring Big Green Contracting, Inc. in 2021, Corey has led his team to achieve recognition of innovation in Fleet maintenance and repairs, showcasing our financial stability through financial institutions, establishing One Stop Auto Repair & Customz to bring Fleet solutions for area contractors, and driving the team from 25 trucks to 230 trucks in 3.5 years.

Prior to founding Big Inc., Corey was operations manager for a 10,000 acre farm with over 12 different crops. When he is not acquiring new contracts and building businesses, you will find Corey on the lake or out visiting his mentors. Through his mentors and sheer will, Corey dedicates his education and development every single day to relentlessly deliver excellence with safety, precision, and integrity.

Preston Kubas

Founder

Preston Kubas is the Driver force behind operations

at Big Inc., where he leads and innovates operations across all company locations. Beginning his journey in 2018 as a delivery driver, Preston’s rise to ownership in 2021 reflects his relentless work ethic, commitment to excellence, and deep understanding of the logistics industry from the ground up.

Since taking the helm, Preston has scaled the business significantly while staying true to the core values that matter most—creating value for employees and providing outstanding service to customers. His background in operations fuels his ability to streamline processes, grow teams, and lead with purpose and integrity.

Preston’s passion lies in building up people as much as businesses. Having once walked in his team’s shoes, he knows exactly what it takes to perform the job at every level. This gives him a unique ability to lead from experience, understand challenges firsthand, and inspire his team through trust and authenticity.

A graduate of the University of North Dakota (UND), Preston has applied the structure, safety principles, and systems thinking learned through aviation training to the world of logistics. His unconventional path has become one of his greatest assets.

When Preston is not leading operations, you’ll likely find him flying, golfing, or exploring creative strategies to grow his business.
